13.1.5 Notes on using MC operation

(1) Coexistence with other functions
If both MC operational mode and zero-touch provisioning are enabled when the switch starts, this function is enabled and zero-touch provisioning is disabled.
(2) About Directories and Files Stored in MC
Do not add, change, or remove any software/device information saved in MC with the name shown in "Files saved in tabular 13-1 MC" by executing an operation command update mc-configuration or inserting a MC. Also, do not change the name.
(3) About inserting/removing MC

When the Equipment is started up, MC is accessed because it is started by the software/information in MC. Do not disconnect MC until the startup of the device is completed.

When a MC is inserted, the software/device data of the built-in flash memory is written to MC. Do not disconnect MC while ST2 LED is lit in green.

Do not remove or insert MC while the operation command accessing MC is executing. MC may not be correctly inserted or removed.
