7.1.2 Items checked when UDP is received

The following tables show the items to be checked when UDP are received by the Switch. Forwards UDP packets that satisfy all of the conditions listed in this section to the helper address.

Table 7-2: Items checked for received UDP packets

IP header	Destination IPv4 address	One of the following conditions must be satisfied: Must be a restricted broadcast address The configuration command ip udp forward subnet-broadcast is set and the subnet broadcast address of the receiving interface is specified.
	Source IPv4 address	The address is not a multicast address.
	TTL	Greater than 1
	IP option	Do not include source route options
UDP headers	Destination port number	Matches any of the port numbers specified as the forwarding target on the receiving interface.
