40GBASE-R

QSFP28/QSFP + shared port

40GBASE-R, 100GBASE-R

(a) 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX/1000BASE-T

Use a 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX/1000BASE-T twisted-pair cable (UTP).

(b) 100BASE-TX/1000BASE-T/10GBASE-T

Use a 100BASE-TX/1000BASE-T/10GBASE-T twisted-pair cable (UTP).

(c) SFP

When connecting with 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX/1000BASE-T, use SFP-T on 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX/1000BASE-T. SFP-T is also supported on AX3660S-16S4XW and AX3660S-24S8XW.

When connecting by 1000BASE-X, SFP of 1000BASE-SX,1000BASE-LX,1000BASE-LH,1000BASE-LHB, and 1000BASE-BX is supported.

(d) SFP + Ports

SFP of 10GBASE-SR,10GBASE-LR,10GBASE-ER,10GBASE-ZR, and 10GBASE-BR are supported. It also supports a 10GBASE-CU direct attach cable.

(e) SFP+/SFP shared

When connecting with 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX/1000BASE-T, use SFP-T on 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX/1000BASE-T. SFP-T is also supported on AX3660S-24X4QW and AX3660S-48X4QW.

When connecting by 1000BASE-X, SFP of 1000BASE-SX,1000BASE-LX,1000BASE-LH,1000BASE-LHB, and 1000BASE-BX is supported.

When connecting via 10GBASE-R, SFP of 10GBASE-SR,10GBASE-LR,10GBASE-ER,10GBASE-ZR, and 10GBASE-BR is supported. It also supports a 10GBASE-CU direct attach cable.

(f) QSFP + Ports

A stack-only port that connects through a 40GBASE-R. QSFP of 40GBASE-SR4 and 40GBASE-LR4 are supported. It also supports a 40GBASE-CR4 direct attach cable.

(g) QSFP28/QSFP + shared port

This port can be used as a stacking port or as a normal communication port.

It supports QSFP of 40GBASE-SR4 and 40GBASE-LR4 and QSFP28 of 100GBASE-SR4,100GBASE-CWDM4,100GBASE-LR4, and 100GBASE-4WDM-40. It also supports 40GBASE-CR4 and 100GBASE-CR4 direct attach cables.

(2) Connection Modes and Supported Functions

The following table describes the connection modes and support functions for each connection interface. The Switch does not support connections in half-duplex mode.
