25.2.2 Aging time setting

Points to note

The aging time for MAC address learning can be changed. The setting is configured for each switch. If no value is set, 300 seconds is used as the aging time.

Command examples

1. (config)# mac-address-table aging-time 600

   Sets the aging time to 600 seconds.
