NTP is not running.	NTPが使用されていません。
The command is not authorized by the RADIUS/TACACS+ server or the configuration.	このコマンドはRADIUSサーバ，TACACS+サーバ，またはコンフィグレーションで承認されていません。
The connection to the NTP server is refused. Try again.	NTPサーバに接続できません。再実行してください。
