inactivate bcu standby
待機系BCUをactive状態からinactive状態にします。
本コマンドの実行によって，装置の電源をONにしたまま待機系BCUを交換できます。また，待機系BCUのログを内蔵フラッシュメモリへ反映します。
本コマンドでinactive状態にした待機系BCUをactive状態にするときは，activate bcu standbyコマンドを使用します。

［注意事項］

本コマンドを実行し，待機系BCUがinactive状態のときに装置を再起動した場合，待機系BCUのinactive状態が保持されます。

update software (ppupdate)コマンドを実行し，運用系BCUのHDCを更新した場合，本コマンドによって待機系BCUをinactive状態にしても，待機系BCUのinactive状態を解除してactive状態にします。
