You will need to specify an interface.

Command examples

1. (config)# arp 123.10.1.1 interface vlan 100 0012.e240.0a00

   Sets the next hop IPv4 address 123.10.1.1 and sets destination MAC address 0012.e240.0a00 for VLAN ID 100 to configure static ARP.
