12.2.5 Configuring Symmetric Connections

NTP function is used to synchronize the time of the Switch with the time of NTP servers connected symmetrically while adjusting each other.

Points to note

Use the configuration command ntp peer to set IP of the symmetric destination NTP servers.

Command examples

1. (config)# ntp peer 192.168.1.2

   Configures symmetric connectivity with NTP servers at IP 192.168.1.2.
