7.3.1 Switch number

The switch number identifies the member switches that make up the stack. This information is specific to each member switch and is retained even if the stack is configured. Switch numbers can be set to 1 or 2.

The switch number is set in the operation-command set switch. After setting, it will be enabled by restarting the member switch.

Note that the switch number is fixed to 1 for stand-alone operation. Therefore, even if a value other than 1 is set in the operation command set switch, the switch number after restart is set to 1 unless the stacking function is enabled.
